Artist Rights —
I have the right to use each piece for my portfolio and future samples in order to promote myself.
Client Rights —
The client may use my artwork for personal use, however commercial use is not permitted for the time being. Reposting my art is allowed as long as proper credit is presented. Printing is allowed, as long as the client is not making a profit from the artwork in question.
Schedule —
I’m fresh out of college so for now I have a flexible schedule, meaning I should be more time available to work on commissions within a reasonable time. If the client requests a certain deadline for their piece, if being reasonable for the request, it will be jumped ahead of all others with a minimum rush fee. I have the right to decline a rush order if I feel as if I will not be able to meet the deadline requested.
Process —
I will be responsible on updating the client on the process of the commission, whether it be a new stage or if something comes up where the commission may be pushed back than expected. I will offer WIPs for each stage to not only keep the client updated how far in the process their commission is but also to see if any changes are requested.
Revisions —
Revisions are allowed throughout each stage of the process, however once the art is handed over finally no revisions will be made.
Cancellation —
A full refund will be permitted if the art has not been started, only half will be refunded between the first two stages (sketch, line art), however there will be no refund permitted once the art has been delivered.
